Effective 11 September 2026
What we collect
- Details you enter. Your name, business name, email address, phone number, business and mailing addresses, and the identifiers a filing needs: a USDOT number, an MC/MX number, a state entity ID, member or officer names, fleet and driver counts, cargo types, mileage, and similar filing data.
- Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them. We keep Stripe's order and transaction references so we can find your order and issue refunds.
- EIN or SSN (MCS-150 only). FMCSA's Form MCS-150 requires the carrier's IRS tax ID. We store it only to prepare and submit that filing. It is kept separately from ordinary order data, is never shown in list views, is never sold, and is never shared except as part of the filing itself.
- Authorization records. When you authorize us to file for your business, we keep the text you agreed to, the name you typed, the time, and the IP address of the request, as the record of that authorization.
- Site usage. Our own server logs which pages were opened and, if you arrived from a link we emailed you, which link. No third-party analytics or advertising scripts run on this site.
How we use it
- To prepare your documents and submit your filing to the agency you asked us to file with.
- To email you about your order: confirmation, signature requests, status changes, the agency's confirmation, and your documents.
- To follow up if you started an order and didn't finish it, or to tell you about related services. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and opting out stops them.
- To answer questions you send us and to call you back when you ask us to.
Cookies
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. If you sign in to view your order status, we set one cookie so you stay signed in for 30 days; it holds a signed session identifier and nothing else. You can clear it at any time in your browser.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, to process your payment.
- Google, whose Workspace service sends our email to you.
- The government agency you asked us to file with: FMCSA for an MCS-150, or your state's Secretary of State for a reinstatement or dissolution.
- Fulfilment vendors used to complete a specific order, such as an electronic-signature provider when members must sign a consent, or a print-and-mail provider when a state requires an original signature.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.
How long we keep it
Order records, authorization records, and the documents we prepared are kept for as long as the filing may need to be referenced, refiled, or defended, and to meet our own bookkeeping and tax obligations. If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove everything we are not required to keep.
Your choices
- Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email to stop follow-ups.
- Email admin@nukebook.io to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you or your business.
Children
This service is for businesses and the adults who run them. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes to how we handle information you've already given us will be emailed to you.
